Overview

Rachel Williams a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management. She spent over 10 years working as an HR practitioner in the NHS, manufacturing and professional services before joining Cardiff University.

Rachel joined Cardiff Business School in 2007 as a lecturer with additional responsibility for obtaining CIPD accreditation for the School's MSc HRM programme. The School's full-time and part-time MSc HRM programmes are now accredited at level 7 by the CIPD and she is the lead for all CIPD activities. She is currently Programme Director for the MSc HRM degree and Admissions Tutor for the School's BSc Business Management degrees.

Rachel is a Fellow of the HEA and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She currently teaches on the MSc HRM and Diploma in Heath care Planning programmes and regularly delivers Executive Education courses.
