Overview
I am a Lecturer (Adult Nursing) at the School of Healthcare Sciences, Cardiff University and currently the MSc Advanced Practice and MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programme manager.
I am a Registered Nurse (Adult Nursing) and prior to working as an academic, I worked clinically as a clinical nurse specialist in pain management.
I teach across a range of modules both postgraduate and undergraduate level.
Since moving into education, I have continued to promote pain management education within undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
I also have a special interest in Advanced Clinical Practice and I am the module lead for the PGT Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) portfolio dissertation which sits across four master’s Programmes.
