Overview
Dr. Martin Agyemang has research interest and expertise in Circular Economy and Sustainable Supply Chain. He is a Research Associate for Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPRSC) project on Digitally Enabled Circular Supply Chain in the Built Environment.
Biography
Dr. Agyemang graduated from the Dalian University of Technology, China with a doctorate in Business Administration and a specialisation in Environmental Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom. Dr. Agyemang has received several highly competitive and multidisciplinary awards from various countries. His field research on Sustainable Supply Chain in the cashew industry of West Africa was funded by Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Germany. Dr. Agyemang is interested to widen academic discourse that can enriched understanding on Sustainability to become more holistic. In 2014, he was nominated by Green Talent as an emerging young scholar in the field of Sustainability Science with high potential.
