Haokun is a Research Associate at the Logistics and Operations Management (LOM) Section at Cardiff Business School. His teaching and research interests include sustainable business models, socio-technical transitions and value co-creation for service innovation.

I am currently working on the project Pill co-production model in housing and regeneration with POBL, Newport (with Dr. Seongsoo Jang, funded by ESRC IAA LAF). This project will explore service innovation in the context of social housing through the lens of value co-creation.
