Overview

Rwy'n gweithio ar raglen ddoethurol seicoleg glinigol de Cymru. Mae fy rôl yn cynnwys goruchwylio traethodau ymchwil doethurol, cefnogi hyfforddeion, marcio aseiniadau, a darlithio. 'Dwi hefyd yn gadeirydd i'r Is-Bwyllgor Ecwiti a Chynrychiolaeth.

Mae fy mhrif ffocws ymchwil ar anhwylderau bwyta, ac yn enwedig rôl emosiwn, trawma, a’r llais anorecsig. Yn fwy diweddar rwyf wedi datblygu diddordeb mewn iechyd meddwl yng nghyd-destun yr argyfwng hinsawdd.

I work on the south Wales doctoral programme in clinical psychology. My roles include supervising doctoral theses, supporting trainees, marking assignments, and delivering teaching. I also chair the Equity and Representation Subcommittee.

My main research focus is eating disorders, and particularly the role of emotion, trauma, and the anorexic voice. More recently I have developed an interest in mental health in the context of the climate crisis.

Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn cynnwys anhwylderau bwyta a deall perthynas pobl â'u hamgylchedd, yn enwedig o ran effaith newid hinsawdd a cholli bioamrywiaeth.

My research interests include eating disorders and understanding people's relationship with their environment, especially with respect to the impact of climate change and biodiversity loss.
