Overview
My research involves exploring a mindfulness-based online intervention to support children and their families affected by skin conditions. My aim is to deliver a sustainable support resource drawing upon mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches to make a useful contribution.

Welsh Senedd Cross Party Group on Skin (CPG): I was part of the Welsh Senedd CPG, working with Skin Care Cymru and the government to address issues relating to the causes, prevention and treatment of skin conditions in Wales.
