In partnership with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) France, Dr. Andrea Calderaro has co-organized and attended the first multidisciplinary conference on Global Internet Governance addressing “Global Internet Governance as a Diplomacy issue”.

This conference gathered experts in the field of diplomatic studies and internet governance in order to discuss global internet governance, in all its dimensions, as a diplomacy issue and terrain.

Particular attention has been paid to identify the role of the European Union, in the broader global negotiations around internet policies, and its nascent science diplomacy capacity.
