Professional Services seek to deliver high quality, effective and efficient administrative services which support the research, learning and teaching activity of the University, its staff and students.
Professional Services staff work together across central university administrative divisions, Colleges and Academic Schools. They are organised into the following departments:
Helping students to make the most of student life and supporting staff to excel in teaching and research activities.
Responsible for the University's reputation, branding and student recruitment in the UK and EU.
Developing long-term relationships with our alumni, friends and supporters, and securing additional resources to support the University's strategic objectives.
Maintaining the University's physical estate and providing a wide range of services and business operations to students, staff and visitors.
Responsible for the management and administration of the University's financial affairs.
Responsible for organisational and staff development, human resources operations and safety, health and the environment.
Facilitating change activities and providing sustainable IT services for the University.
Supporting the University in generating income from external sources.
Bringing together planning, governance and compliance and risk services for the University.
