Our Strategic Equality Plan (SEP) aims to promote equality and achieve equality improvements across Cardiff University as required under the Equality Act 2010.

The plan includes five equality objectives and covers the protected characteristics of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex (gender) and sexual orientation.
