The Finance and Resources Committee is a Committee of the University Council.

It has responsibility for the university’s strategic aims and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

It has oversight of:

• financial management
• resource allocation
• infrastructure management
• human resource management.

It reviews the budget, financial statements and proposals for major building schemes and maintenance.
