We created and delivered a one-week executive course for ACMA counsellors and executives from the Indian automotive industry in lean, quality improvement and productivity, leadership, and innovation.
In 2016, Cardiff Business School and Hugh James embarked on a programme of learning designed to equip 10 key figures in the Business (equality and salaried partners) with essential leadership knowledge to help develop them as leaders within a transformation organisation.
We developed a 2-day course that explored a broad range of project management skills, from project planning and organisation to engaging with stakeholders and managing quality, risks and issues.
