Patient and public involvement training for Parkinson's researchers

Parkinson's UK will be holding a free half-day training session on PPI for basic clinical Parkinson's researchers.

This short morning session will cover:

• how and when to involve patients and carers
• where can you find people and what are the different methods of involvement
• how to communicate well with the patients and carters you involve
• sources of further information and advice.

This session will also include a networking lunch with people affected by Parkinson's. It will also give you an opportunity to plan involvement in your own research.
