RemakerSpace was developed by the PARC Institute  and Cardiff Business School to support and promote the transition to circular economy, through advancing knowledge, providing workshops and training and engaging the community and businesses about remanufacturing, repair and product life cycle extension.

It was made possible thanks to two circular economy grants from the Welsh Government amounting to £600,000.
