A range of meeting venues are available on the Cathays Campus situated in the heart of the civic centre.
The availability of these rooms throughout the year is dependent on the teaching timetable.

The facilities include:
- lecture theatres for up to 460 delegates
- a wide range of seminar rooms seating from 16 up to 150
- boardroom style for up to 40 delegates.
