Lean Six Sigma Fast Track Yellow and Green Belt training (Online)
We’ve moved our Cardiff Business School Lean Six Sigma online. You can now study anywhere in the world and gain a Lean Six Sigma qualification from Cardiff University, who along with MIT, gave birth to the Lean Thinking movement.
Join Professor Maneesh Kumar on this five-day virtual programme that will give you the tools and techniques you need to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your business processes.
Here are our new Yellow and Green Belt dates:
To attend our Green Belt only, you need to obtain Yellow Belt before progressing further. Find out more about the content of the course.
The Yellow Belt and Green Belt training is accredited by the Lean Competency System (LCS) at Level 1a and Level 1c respectively. There is an online test through the LCS Assessment Centre for both Yellow Belt and Green Belt courses and an implementation project is required as part of the Green Belt assessment.
Expert LEAN Programme
This five-day programme is designed to equip change agents, managers and leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead successful transformations particularly those within service organisations.
It will provide new insights to those who already have a good understanding of lean, and also to those who are experienced in the application of lean within a manufacturing context and wish to understand the latest contributions discovered in the world of service.
Different, cutting edge perspectives about a variety of improvement methodologies will be introduced and their strengths and weaknesses critically evaluated. At the end of the programme, delegates will possess a deep understanding of the latest thinking within the improvement arena.
